At School Compliance Support, we aim to offer schools with a full range of services to ensure they keep up to date and compliant with a range of legislation. Therefore please contact us should you require:

General guidance:

We are able to assist schools, whether by email or telephone on a range of complex issues. We will aim to give you a response no later than the next working day.

Compliance audit:

Should you require a visit to your school, we can help you ensure compliance of Safer Recruitment (including Single Central Record checks), Keeping Children Safe in Education (DFE), General Data Protection Regulations Act (GDPR), Home Office Regualtions (to prevent employees working illegally) and the Diversity and Equalities Act.

We also ensure that all Statutory Training procedures have taken place to DFE regulations.

This service comes with a full report within 48 hours.

SEND Reviews:

We offer SEND Reviews of policies and practice within schools. This covers compliance, processes for identifiying students with Special Educational Needs, assessment and improving outcomes. A full report is available within 48 hours.

School Governor support:

As part of our service, we work with School Governors, to both moderate internal audits or to check they are up to date with the checks that need to take place.
